Shipping options and information will be shown at checkout when you make a purchase.

We will ship our pottery anywhere in the continental US.  Items will be shipped within one week from ordering.

If you live in the Williamson County/middle TN area, just reach out to us and we can discuss free delivery in lieu of shipping.

Once your order is shipped, the condition of  your order is in the hands of the shipping service. Because our business is Pottery, we will package items with extra cushioning and packaging.  We do not accept liability for lost or stolen orders.  If items are damaged during shipping, please take photos and reach out to us immediately on our contact page.  We will discuss damages with you and determine if the damage is due to our packaging or if a claim should be made with the shipping service.  We promise to be fair and reasonable regarding damages and will make it right for you.  Just know that pottery is an inexact art, and should we determine that replacing an item is necessary, we will make another that is as close to the original as possible.
